Electricians and Mechanical Fitters

Our client has multiple vacancies for Mechanical Fitters and Electricians to join their Wastewater Treatment division based out of Bolivar.

Minimum requirement for these roles includes:

• White Card
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Ability to pass Fit for Work assessment and Drug and Alcohol screen
• Ability to complete online inductions prior to commencement

In this role as an Electrician, you will be responsible for:

• Attend prestart meetings
• Break into separate workgroups and discuss works and develop THA, Permits, etc
• Installation of cable management such as ladder overhead and underground conduits
• Installation of power and control cable from small to large size on ladder and conduits
• Termination and testing of cables
• Installation of electrical accessories
• Installation of switchboards and control panels
• Completion of electrical QA data
• Close out meeting attendance

In this role as a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for:

• Attend prestart meeting.
• Break into separate workgroups and discuss works and develop THA, Permits, etc.
• Installation of pipework including metallic and thermoplastic pipework
• Flange management including alignment and bolting.
• Installation of mechanical equipment including materials handling equipment, pumps, screens, conveyors, launders, valves
• Masonry fastening including chemical and mechanical systems.
• Installation of structural supports
• Completion QA data
• Close out meeting attendance.
