Site Supervisor

Zancott is seeking a Site Supervisor for a highly regarded commercial construction company. Known for their dedication to quality, safety, and innovative solutions, who takes pride in delivering outstanding projects. If you are a motivated and experienced professional ready to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, we want to hear from you! This is an exciting opportunity!

Ideally you would have demonstrated experience in a similar role with proven capabilities to:

• Liaise and communicate with customers, consultants, builders and project managers to establish and maintain preferred contractor status.
• Work with the project manager towards the successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Effective planning, programming, coordination and implementation of all on site construction activities through to final sign off.
• Liaise with relevant subcontractors and suppliers to ensure items are delivered and installed to meet project program, including the manufacturing of ductwork in a timely manner
• Action and close out any Defect Items received in a timely manner
• Thoroughly understanding the contract documents and requirements as they apply to project
• Implement the company's on-site Quality and WHS procedures
• Supervise and support the construction / installation processes.
