The Junior HR Coordinator will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Onboarding Coordination:

  • Including preparing orientation materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide support in addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and requests. Assist with conflict resolution and promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain and update employee records, assist with HR documentation, and support HR-related administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation.

Training and Development:

  • Support the planning and implementation of training programs and professional development initiatives, ensuring they are accessible and inclusive for all employees.

Policy Compliance:

  • Assist in ensuring that HR policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and reflect best practices in diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration Experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is an asset.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and stakeholders.

Organisational Skills:

  • Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or systems is an advantage.

Personal Attributes:

Ability to work in a team environment. Professionalism and empathy.

Working Conditions:

Office environment. Standard working hours are generally from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
