Zancott is looking for a successful HSE Advisor for a well established, privately owned Australian civil construction company with a strong national presence. Built on a solid foundation of skilled people, advanced equipment, and efficient processes, who specialise in delivering high quality projects in the Power and Infrastructure sectors. With a diverse portfolio which include successful projects in renewable energy (wind, solar, hybrid systems), gas power, roads, bridges, and structural works, as well as infrastructure solutions for the mining and water industries.

About the Role: As our HSE Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving innovative safety solutions across civil construction sites. Liaising with all project stakeholders and working closely with the client representatives and contractors on site.

Skills and Experience

• Relevant qualifications in WHS, OHS, or a related field.
• Experience and clearance to work on DIT roads.
• Proven experience in an HSE role, preferably in civil construction or engineering background.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A passion for fostering a safe and inclusive work environment.
