Zancott Recruitment is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee and deliver a variety of construction projects while upholding our company’s core values and commitment to safety and quality. Lead with confidence, build with excellence, and shape the future for a Tier 1 SA Company.
Location: Port Augusta and Port Pirie – local candidates are strongly encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Oversee daily site operations, manage logistics, and ensure safety compliance for employees, sub-contractors, and the public.
- Program Management: Monitor and maintain construction schedules, manage resources, and address any delays or issues.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to project timelines.
- Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE): Promote a culture of safety, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with environmental policies.
- Leadership & Communication: Foster teamwork, provide direction, and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory:
- Proven experience in managing building and construction projects
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and execution
- Ability to work effectively within a team
Preferred:
- Building Supervisor Registration
- Relevant trade qualification
- Safety Supervisor Certificate
