Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and skilled Plant Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal plant performance. This role requires a focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate plant equipment and machinery efficiently and safely.
- Experience with Excavators, Rollers and any other machinery would be advantageous.
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- White Card certification.
- Valid Excavator, Roller or Plant Licence.
