Role Overview:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for civil and construction roles.
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in labour hire and permanent positions.
• Ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards.
• Driving business growth through client engagement and talent attraction.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment, preferably in civil/construction.
• Strong understanding of labour hire and workforce management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Passion for supporting Indigenous employment opportunities.
