Zancott Recruitment is seeking motivated Indigenous Administrators for an exciting opportunity. This is a great chance for an organised and proactive individual to play a key role in supporting the team’s success. Training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with documentation management
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and preparing correspondence
  • Help coordinate meetings, team communications, and other logistical tasks
  • Support project managers in tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Provide ongoing assistance to team members in day-to-day operations
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the team

Skills & Experience:

  • Basic experience in an administrative role, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • A keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Training and support will be provided for the right candidate
