Zancott is seeking a detail oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional with experience in residential and custom home projects to contribute to the smooth delivery of high-end, bespoke homes. In this role, you will work closely with various teams to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of custom home projects, ensuring that each stage is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Liaise with architects, designers, clients, and contractors to ensure clear communication and alignment on design specifications and project goals.
  • Support the scheduling of trades, subcontractors, and crews, making sure daily tasks are carried out efficiently and according to quality standards.
  • Help monitor project budgets, ensuring material and labour costs are in line with projections and flagging potential issues early.
  • Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering regular progress reports to clients and senior management, addressing any concerns or necessary adjustments.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and audits, providing guidance on quality control and resolving issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management in the custom home building or residential construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, materials, and cost management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency with construction management software, MS Office Suite, and project scheduling tools.
  • A customer-focused approach, with the ability to manage expectations and maintain clear communication with clients and contractors.

Desirable Skills:

  • Relevant qualifications in project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Experience working on luxury or bespoke residential projects.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling and contract management processes.
