Key Responsibilities:

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy machinery on civil, construction, and subdivision projects.

• Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safe operation.

• Work alongside other trades and construction teams to meet project deadlines and safety standards.

• Safely transport materials, move soil, and assist with excavation and grading operations for subdivision developments.

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulatory standards in the civil and construction industry.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating front-end loaders in civil, construction, and subdivision environments.

• A valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) and relevant plant operator tickets.

• A current driver’s license (HR or higher preferred).

• Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining high safety and productivity standards.

• Experience with grading, site preparation, and excavation for subdivisions is highly desirable.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of workmanship.

• Able to pass a urine drug/alcohol test and physical assessment
