Zancott Recruitment is partnering with reputable civil contractors and is seeking experienced Roller, Skid Steer, and Loader Operators for long-term projects across Adelaide’s North, Central, and South regions. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and ready for steady work, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

You’ll be working across a range of civil construction projects including subdivisions, roadworks, and infrastructure, operating:

• Rollers (smooth drum, padfoot, multi-tyre)
• Skid Steers
• Front-End Loaders (load & carry, bulk earthworks)

What You’ll Need

• Roller and/or Loader ticket(s)
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• MR Truck Licence (highly regarded)
• Proven experience in civil construction
• Own reliable transport and full PPE
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Ability to work across various Adelaide locations
