Plant Operators – Civil Construction

Zancott Recruitment is seeking experienced Plant Operators for ongoing civil construction projects across multiple sites. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including roadworks, drainage, earthworks, subdivisions and general civil maintenance.

Positions Available:

• Excavator Operators (Bulking / Final Trim / GPS)
• Grader Operators (Block Fill / Final Trim / GPS)
• Loader Operators
• Skid Steer Operators
• Roller Operators
• Telehandler Operators
• Moxy Dump Truck Operators

About You:

• Current Construction White Card
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• RII nationally accredited tickets and licences (preferred)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (PEM) and drug & alcohol (D&A) screening
• Proven experience in civil construction
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow site procedures
