Excavator Operators – Tier 1 Civil Projects and Subdivisions| Adelaide

Zancott Recruitment is seeking experienced Excavator Operators for major Tier 1 civil construction and subdivision projects across Adelaide.

This is an opportunity to secure consistent work on large-scale infrastructure projects with reputable contractors in a safety-first environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating excavators across various size ranges
• Civil subdivision works including bulk earthworks, final trim, drainage & services
• Trenching and working safely around live/high-value services
• GPS machine control (Trimble preferred)
• Working to tight tolerances on high-quality builds

What We’re Looking For

• Proven excavator experience on civil subdivision projects
• Tier 1 or large-scale civil project experience highly regarded
• GPS experience (Trimble)
• Strong safety focus and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Experience across varying ground conditions

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Excavator ticket
• White Card
• Driver’s Licence + own transport
• Ability to work overtime & travel between sites
• Pass Fit for Work & Drug and Alcohol screening
