WHS Advisor

We are looking for a hands-on WHS Advisor who enjoys being on site, building relationships, and making a real difference. This is a site-based role with variety, autonomy, and working at different locations every day.

What you'll be doing:

• Attend pre-start meetings on site and deliver toolbox talks
• Conduct site safety inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify hazards
• Review and approve new host prequalification safety documents
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses in consultation with clients
• Provide practical WHS advice to workers and supervisors
• Build relationships with host employers and maintain strong safety standards
• Contribute to ISO 45001 & ISO 9001 discussions surrounding continuous improvement
• Monitor and report on WHS performance, data, and trends
• Provide WHS training and support

What we're looking for:

• Cert IV (or higher) in Work Health & Safety (mandatory)
• White Card
• Experience in construction, civil, mining, or industrial environments
• Confident communicator who enjoys being out in the field
• Practical, solutions-focused mindset
• Valid driver's licence
• Valid Australian working rights
