Asphalt labourer

We are looking for hardworking individuals to join one of clients sphalt paving crews as an Asphalt Labourer. You will assist in various aspects of asphalt paving projects, including preparing surfaces, operating equipment, and performing general labour tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of job sites for asphalt paving.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Operate hand tools and power tools as directed.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of asphalt pavement.
• Perform general labour tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Prior experience would be preferred with some on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to perform physical labour in outdoor environments.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of safety practices and procedures.
• Valid driver's license.
• White card.
