Asphalt Crew Member

We are currently seeking experienced Asphalt Paving Operators / Crew Members for short-term projects across Melbourne, commencing immediately. The depot is located in Dandenong.

About the Role

You will be working on road construction and resurfacing projects, supporting asphalt paving operations and delivering high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt paving machine (paver) and/or assist with paving activities
• Support asphalt laying, spreading, and finishing
• Work closely with crew to maintain consistent material flow
• Perform basic pre-start checks and follow site procedures
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Requirements

• Previous asphalt paving experience (essential)
• Experience operating plant (pavers, rollers, etc.) (essential)
• White Card (mandatory)
• HR license (preferred)
• Availability for immediate start
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if required
