Zancott Recruitment is currently partnering with a major player in the defence sector to recruit skilled Welders for ongoing project work in Adelaide. These roles offer excellent pay, flexible shift options, and the chance to be part of a high-profile industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Completing welding tasks as part of a collaborative team
• Performing MIG welding on mild steel, along with some flux core work
• Undertaking structural and pipe welding when required
• Following and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
• Maintaining high safety standards across all tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Full Australian working rights
• Recent National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to pass a practical weld test
• Experience reading and working from technical drawings
• Background in fabrication and welding (MIG and/or flux core)
• Experience in Structual Welding an advantage
• Strong safety mindset and reliability on site

Clearance Requirements
Due to the nature of the work, successful applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Identity Card (NSSIC), along with meeting ITAR requirements.
