Excavator Operators – Final Trim & GPS

Civil Zancott Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Final Trim and GPS Excavator Operators to join our team for upcoming civil subdivision projects.

About the Role:
You will be working on a range of subdivision projects, operating modern excavators equipped with GPS systems. This is a great opportunity for skilled operators who take pride in precision work and want consistent project-based employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Final trim excavation to a high standard

• Operating GPS-equipped machinery (Trimble, Topcon or similar)

• Bulk and detailed earthworks on subdivision sites

• Working alongside site supervisors and ground crews

• Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in final trim excavation

• Strong GPS machine control experience

• Relevant tickets and licences (RII desirable)

• White Card

• Ability to read and interpret plans

• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
