Zancott Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Skid Steer (Posi Track) & Roller Operators for multiple civil projects across Adelaide.

We’re working with leading contractors and have ongoing work available for reliable operators who can hit the ground running.

🔧 Your Role:

• Operating Skid Steer / Posi Track and/or Rollers on civil sites
• Assisting with earthworks, trenching, backfilling & compaction
• Working alongside crews and other machinery
• Maintaining a safe and efficient worksite

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating Skid Steer / Posi Track and/or Roller
• Relevant tickets/licences (or strong proven experience)
• White Card (essential)
• Ability to work in a team and follow site instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
