We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to support a busy government environment. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing high-quality administrative support, and acting as a central point of coordination across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate files and records
  • Manage incoming emails and escalate where required
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting minutes
  • Welcome and assist visitors onsite
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries
  • Verify invoices and assist with basic expense reconciliation
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure compliance with procedures

About You

  • Strong experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional and discreet when handling sensitive information
