Waterproofing & Epoxy Flooring Labourers / Trade Assistants

About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable Labourers and Trade Assistants to join a growing team specialising in waterproofing and epoxy flooring across Adelaide.

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a niche trade. No prior experience in waterproofing or epoxy is required — if you have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn, full training will be provided.

You’ll be working across a range of commercial, and some residential projects, with consistent indoor work available.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with surface preparation including cleaning, grinding, and site setup
• Support the application of waterproofing systems and epoxy coatings
• Use basic tools and equipment (training provided)
• Work alongside experienced applicators on site
• General labouring duties as required

About You

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and keen to learn new skills
• Previous labouring or TA experience
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• White Card (required)
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)

Important Requirements

Some projects but not all are based on defence sites. To be considered, you must:

• Be an Australian Citizen
• Hold a current Police Clearance (within 12 months) is an advantage or be willing to obtain one for certain sites
