Operator - Civil

Zancott Recruitment is partnering with a leading provider in Australia's telecommunications and civil construction sector to source skilled professionals for ongoing infrastructure works. Our client delivers critical network build, upgrade, and maintenance services across major NBN and telecommunications projects nationwide.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and motivated personnel across multiple disciplines. Candidates with multi-skilled experience will be highly regarded.

Roles Available:

• Telco Pit & Pipe / ACM / NBN Installer & Link-Up Technicians
• Vac Truck Operator (experience with Cappellotto vacuum trucks highly regarded)
• Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) - Operators & Trackers
• Excavator Operator / Spotter
• Survey, Rod & Roping, Hauling & BDOD / WBA Survey Personnel
• BDOD Fibre Technicians

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have):

• Valid Construction Induction (White Card)
• Traffic Management - TMI1
• First Aid & CPR
• National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months)
• Current Driver's Licence - Minimum MR Truck licence required for all roles
• NBN EnAble
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with NBN standards

Desirable:

• Demonstrated experience in telecommunications or civil construction environments
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Flexibility to travel and work varied hours where required
