Civil Plant Operators

Join a well-established civil construction company delivering major infrastructure projects across South Australia, including subdivisions and road infrastructure works. With a strong pipeline of ongoing work and upcoming day and night shift projects, we are seeking experienced and motivated operators and labourers to join the team immediately.

Positions Available:

• Excavator Operators
• Skid Steer / Posi Track Operators
• Pipe Layers
• Civil Labourers

Depending on your role and experience, duties may include:

• Final trim operations
• GPS machine operation
• Operating Excavators, Skid Steers, Posi Tracks and Rollers
• Trenching, backfilling, compaction and site preparation
• Pipe laying for stormwater, sewer and mains installations
• Working around underground services and tight access sites
• Assisting ground crews and machine operators
• General civil construction and labouring duties
• Working safely and efficiently on large-scale infrastructure projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience within civil construction, mining or infrastructure projects
• Relevant machine tickets / RII qualifications
• Construction White Card
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Ability to pass a PEM and Drug & Alcohol screening
• Strong work ethic and commitment to site safety
• Reliable team players ready to hit the ground running
