Zancott Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Officers for immediate opportunities with our client’s Service Desk Team.

The Customer Service Officer provides high-quality customer service to users via granting accesses and resolving functionality issues for a suite of computer applications.

The office is located in Port Adelaide, with hours being 8:30am-5:00pm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide timely and high-quality front line customer service to stakeholders via phone and email.
  • Resolve functionality issues for applications including Basware, CHRIS21, HR21 and Masterpiece.
  • Work effectively both individually and as a member of the team to meet deadlines, identify and solve problems.
  • Collaborate with their team towards daily targets and actively contribute to achieve shared goals.

To be considered, candidates must demonstrate:

  • Previous customer service / call centre experience
  • Accounts Payable / Receivable experience
  • Experience using Basware and CHRIS21
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Strong communication and data entry skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

Please note, all succesful candidate will need to undergo and a pre-employment medical as well a National Police Clearance.
