We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Officer to join our growing team. This flexible role offers either part-time or full-time hours to suit the right candidate.

The ideal applicant will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience or knowledge in Work Health & Safety (WHS) and/or training coordination will be highly regarded.

This is a residential role only no FIFO or DIDO available.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative and office support
  • Managing emails, phone enquiries, and scheduling
  • Data entry and document management
  • Assisting with WHS documentation and compliance records
  • Supporting staff training coordination and record keeping
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and reports
  • Providing professional customer service to clients and team members

About You

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • WHS experience or training industry experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
