Do you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in keeping things running smoothly? We're recruiting for a Yardperson to prepare and maintain hire fleet, assist with safe loading and unloading, and carry out yard and general housekeeping duties. You'll be part of a team that's committed to safety and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and prepare fleet and equipment ready for hire
• Safely load and unload fleet from vehicles
• Assist with basic maintenance of non-high-risk equipment
• Undertake yard and general housekeeping to ensure a safe, clean work environment
• Inspect fleet upon return and report any damage
• Help maintain stock control and assist with stocktakes
• Complete required paperwork accurately
• Support the team with other duties as directed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong safety mindset with commitment to zero-incident culture
• Ability to perform physical work and operate equipment
• Hands-on aptitude for mechanical or maintenance tasks
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and willing to work as part of a team

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• High Risk Work Licence – LF (forklift)
• High Risk Work Licence – WP (elevating work platform)
