Asphalt Plant Operators

Zancott Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and experienced Asphalt Operators to join a growing team.

Successful candidates will be responsible for a range of asphalt and civil construction works, including road works, trench reinstatement, asphalt laying and maintenance, profiling works and operation of asphalt-related machinery and equipment.

Plant and equipment may include:

• Skid Steers
• Rollers (asphalt compaction)
• Asphalt Pavers
• HR/HC Trucks

To Be Considered, You Will Need:

• Current HR, HC or MC Truck Licence
• Previous asphalt experience
• Experience operating trucks and/or mobile plant within asphalt operations
• Roller and/or Skid Steer tickets (highly regarded)
• Float experience (advantageous)
• Construction White Card
• Strong understanding of site safety and safe work practices
• Driver’s licence and transport
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening
