TMA Driver - Civil Road Maintenance

Zancott Recruitment is seeking experienced TMA Drivers to join a leading road maintenance team across Adelaide’s northern and southern depots. This roles involve supporting road maintenance, traffic management and hazard/emergency response activities.

These roles will suit individuals who enjoy working outdoors, can adapt to a variety of tasks and have a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current TMA Ticket
• Current MR or HR Driver’s Licence
• Construction White Card
• Current Traffic Management tickets (highly regarded)
• Previous experience within traffic management, road maintenance, or civil construction
• Availability to work night shift, emergency call outs, and weekends when required
• Proficient with technology, including the use of tablets and smartphones
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• A reliable attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operating TMA vehicles in accordance with site requirements and safety procedures
• Shadowing patrol and loop trucks to assist with road maintenance activities
• Assisting with traffic control set-ups and maintaining safe work zones
• Completing general civil labouring and road maintenance tasks
• Supporting hazard and emergency response activities when required
• Conducting pre-start checks and maintaining vehicles and equipment
• Working safely and effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality outcomes
