Due to the rapid growth of our business across Regional SA, Zancott Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and results driven Account Manager to join our team!

About the Role
Working out of either our Whyalla, Port Pirie or Olympic Dam office, we're on the hunt for an experienced, results-focused Account Manager to drive new client acquisition, maintain existing relationships, deliver services, and convert leads into long-term labour hire partnerships.

Key Tasks

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across target industries
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conducting site visits, client meetings, and pitching tailored labour solutions
  • Screening and onboarding of suitable candidates

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management, ideally within recruitment
  • A strong network and understanding of the local labour market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities
