Zancott Recruitment is seeking a Receptionist to join on a full-time temporary role based in Burnley.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a busy office environment.

This role is expected to run for approximately 1 to 2 months, with an immediate start available.

What you'll be doing:

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or meeting room
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Coordinating catering for meetings and work lunches
  • Maintaining meeting room and office calendars
  • Booking travel as required
  • Ordering office stationery and supplies
  • Keeping the reception and front office areas tidy and welcoming
  • Providing general administrative support as needed

What we're looking for:

  • Previous reception or administration experience
  • Friendly and professional communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

What's on offer:

  • Full time hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
