Excavator Operator

Zancott Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join a major utilities and infrastructure project delivering a recycled water pipeline scheme in Pakenham South.

This is a long term opportunity offering a minimum of six months' work, with the potential for ongoing employment. You'll be working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with additional hours available until 5:00pm when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating 20T to 30T excavators on a major civil infrastructure project
• Working safely around underground services and existing infrastructure
• Conducting pre-start inspections and routine machine maintenance
• Working closely with site supervisors and ground crews
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating 20T to 30T excavators
• Experience on civil construction or utilities projects
• White Card
• Strong understanding of working around underground services
• Reliable with a strong commitment to safety
• Ability to pass Fit for Work and Drug & Alcohol testing
• Available to commence immediately
