HR Business Partner

A great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a South Australian public sector agency at an exciting time of change. This newly created role will play a key part in the transition to a new HR platform, while also getting broad exposure across the People and Culture function.

About the role
This is a combined role. At times you will be focused on the system transition, and at other times you will support the wider HR function including policy work and general HR business partnering. You will join a small, close knit team where no two days look the same.

Key responsibilities

• Support the transition to a new HR platform, covering recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and succession planning
• Apply change management principles to support staff through the transition
• Develop learning content to support the platform rollout
• Assist with HR policy review and development
• Provide general HR business partnering support across the agency as needed

About you

• Recent experience and or training in human resources, particularly learning and development
• Experience in HR systems administration
• Experience in change management, ideally through a system or process transition
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• SA public sector experience highly regarded
