Experienced Labourers – Manufacturing

Immediate Start | 10-Hour Shifts | Ongoing Opportunity

Zancott Recruitment is currently seeking 3 Experienced Labourers for an immediate start with a leading manufacturer and supplier of GRP (glass-fibre reinforced plastic) pipe systems and infrastructure products.

Working within a busy industrial environment, you will assist with the handling, movement and production of large GRP pipes, fittings and associated products used across water, sewer, drainage and industrial projects.

The Role

• General Experienced Labourers duties within a manufacturing environment
• Assisting trades and production personnel
• Dogging and assisting with lifting and movement of materials
• Forklift operation
• Operating scissor lifts and boom lifts
• Handling large pipe products and components
• General labouring and housekeeping duties
• Following site and workplace safety procedures

Hours

• 5 days per week
• 10-hour shifts
• Alternate Saturdays – 8:00am to 2:00pm
• Ongoing work for the right candidates

Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must hold:

• High Risk Work Licence – Dogging (DG)
• Forklift Licence (LF)
• Scissor Lift ticket/licence
• Boom Lift – over 11 metres (WP)
• Previous Trade Assistant, manufacturing, construction or similar industrial experience
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable transport and availability for an immediate start
